She passed the Diabetic Foot Module of the Masters Degree with distinction.
More recently Claire has worked as Clinical Manager and Lecturer for the University of Brighton, where she was also responsible for external placements. I qualified as a podiatrist in 2021 from the university of brighton with first class honours. After graduating I worked at the east sussex healthcare trust where I was involved in managing the nail surgery and diabetic wounds caseloads. Even though I enjoyed all aspects of my job I had a particular interest in surgical management of foot and ankle pathologies. Therefore, I decided to pursue a masters degree in theory of podiatric surgery at the university of huddersfield which I graduated with a distinction in 2023.
As well as working for Southdowns clinic, I currently also work as a specialist podiatrist at the diabetes care for you service in the sussex community trust and specialise in high risk, diabetic feet.
